(1) If for any reason your new purchase does not exceed your expectations, please contact us at 248-559-5400 or irresistiblebtq@att.net, within 10 days of receipt date. At that time we will issue you a Return Authorization number.

(2) Please write your RA number on your box and ship back to Irresistible Boutique, 29201 Southfield Road, Southfield MI 48076 (Returns Dept). Merchandise must be received within 7 days of RA. You will be given the date in which we must have received your box. Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached and must be unworn. If items appear worn or damaged, or box has no RA number on the outside, the box will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

(3) The amount of your return will be credited back to your card less a 10% restocking fee and shipping expense. The restocking can be waived if you exchange this item for another one of equal or greater value.

Additionally, please note that all sale items are final sales. No returns will be accepted. If you should opt to refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the shipping charges. Again all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
