Shipping Info/Returns

We at Irresistible Boutique strive for 100% satisfaction with all our Online customers.

  1. If for any reason your new purchase does not exceed your expectations, please call us at 248-559-5400 or text us at 248-843-7331 or email irresistiblebtq@att.net within 10 days of receipt date. At that time, we will issue you a Return Authorization number for EXCHANGE ONLY.  We do not give refunds.
  2. Please write your RA number on your box and ship back to Irresistible Boutique, 29201 Southfield Road, Southfield MI 48076 (Returns Dept). Merchandise must be received within 5 days of RA. You will be given the date in which we must have received your box. Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached and must be unworn and smoke-free condition. If items appear worn or damaged, no store credit will be issued.
  3. The amount of your item less the shipping will be credited for EXCHANGE ONLY.  Your store-credit will never expire.  Additional shipping is charged for your new item.

Additionally, please note that all sale items and accessories are final sales. No exchanges will be accepted. If you should opt to refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the shipping charges. Again, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Color can vary, they are a close approximate.  Also, if you order an item with a pattern, please note each garment will show different variations of the pattern

When ordering, please allow for stock outages and discontinued styles, sizes and colors.
