• Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible exchanges.

• Final Sale: All sale items and pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Merchandise Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. All merchandise must also be free of smoke, perfume, fragrances, odors, makeup, deodorant, and other signs of wear to qualify for an exchange.

Merchandise returned outside of the 10-day exchange window or items that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.
